Our STORY


This bagel is backed by 40 years of experience in art and craft. With extensive training and a touch of our own, the world’s best bagel was established in 1979! We pride ourselves on keeping the old school traditions intact, whereby each bagel is individually hand-rolled, boiled in a kettle, and baked to perfection.

Our product has been noted in high-profile publications, such as New York Magazine, The Star-Ledger, and Asbury Park Press. Proudly, we were voted the top bagel shop in Monmouth and Ocean counties by the Asbury Park Press in 2018.
